iScope Consultants Pty Ltd was established in 2018, by Christopher (Chris) Stephens with the view of offering detailed & independent Building Consultancy services tailored to the Insurance Industry. Since conception, Chris has completed greater than 1400 projects, ranging from Causation Reports to multi-million dollar, Tender Scope Of Work documents.
About the owner
Chris has 22+ years, experience within the Building and Construction Industry, with 15+ years of that dedicated to the Insurance Industry. Chris has developed extensive technical skills and knowledge during that timeframe, having held previous roles as Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Quality & Technical Adjuster, Senior Estimator and Construction Manager, including vast Catastrophe Event experience, as follows;
